Whitewater Beers

Clotworthy Dobbin 5.0% ABV
A rich ruby porter style beer with lashings of hoppiness and plenty of fruit & toffee on the palate. This ale has moreish appeal and was voted in the ‘Top 50 Beers in the World’ at the International Beer Challenge 2007.
Belfast Lager 4.5% ABV
A crisp continental style full flavoured lager with a very smooth finish and distinct bitterness making it very drinkable. Available in bottle since September 2007.
Belfast Ale 4.5% ABV
Whitewater’s most popular brew this aromatic russet ale is brewed with the addition of Torrified wheat and roasted barley. Rich fruitiness is followed by a gentle hop flavour leading to its smooth succulent finish.
Snake Drive 4.3% ABV
A St. Patrick’s day brew, pale in colour. It has a good malt flavour well balanced with hops, a wonderful session beer.
White Gold 3.9% ABV
A light golden beer with a hint of citrus and coriander, gently hopped with a dry finish, good for the thirst.
All That Jazz 4.2% ABV
Brewed for the 2002 Belfast Beer Festival This ale is brewed using purely lager malt, giving its very light colour. Gentle hopped resulting in a crisp refreshing beer.
Sanity Claus 4.1% ABV
This is a dark, rich ale. Full of fruity flavour with the addition of nutmeg and cinnamon it has a wonderful scent of Christmas.
Northern Brewer 4.4% ABV
The gentle orange glow is achieved by the addition of Rye into the recipe. There is a clean and crisp flavour from the use of Northern Brewer hop.
Knight Porter 5.0% ABV
This strong full bodied ale has the explosive combination of blackberry and cinnamon, but for 5% it has a deceptively smooth, rounded finish.
Dappled Mare 4.3% ABV
The combination of three different hops gives this ale its complex taste. A good malt flavour dominates.
Nutbrown Ale 4.0% ABV
A medium dark nutty ale. The addition of North Down hops giving a fullness to finish.
Glen Ale 4.2% ABV
A fruity ale with a complex hop finish balanced by a rich malt flavour.
Bee’s Endeavour 4.8% ABV
A wonderful golden ale with an unusual combination of both honey and ginger, giving a gentle warmth to the aftertaste.
Brew Moon 4.0% ABV
A generously hopped golden coloured ale, dry on the palate, with the phoenix hops imparting a goody earthy aroma.
Solstice Pale 4.0% ABV
A pale ale with a strong hop aroma and taste, extremely quaffable.
Mayflower 4.1% ABV
A straw coloured ale with gentle hop aroma.
Cascade 4.0% ABV
Medium in colour with a good helping of American cascade hops.
Mill Ale 3.7% ABV
A golden coloured, scantily hopped beer wonderfully refreshing, and a good session beer.
